Righthand DataSet Visualizer goes 1.0

As a New Year’s gift I’ve fixed few bugs in Righthand DataSet Visualizer and set its version to 1.0.

Here are some changes:

• uncompressed assembly is a bit larger due to avoiding compression within merged assembly.
• RowState is visible again
• some grid drawing related fixes
