I have been using NDoc here and there for quite some time and I recommend it as a very cool utility for generating documentation out of your code comments. Generation of great looking help file is a matter of settings few properties, clicking on Build Documentation button, and few minutes.

Last time I looked it didn’t work with .NET 2, does it now?
It should work as a hack (you have to configure ndoc’s config files to support .net 2). There are some instructions on NDoc’s web site on this topic. However I am not sure how much solid solution this is as it crashed on a project I was playing with.
The last information I saw about this was that while it may be possible to make ndoc work with .net 2 assemblies, it didn’t have any support for .net features, like generics or nullable types. I seem to remember that they were planning for quite some time before finally making the necessary changes.
