Due to the DXCore/CodeRush internal reorganization I’ve had to update my Go To Implementator plugin as well. Nothing changed except that the new version (1.0.6) now works with DXCore/CodeRush 10.2.* and higher. Furthermore I’ve moved the original blog post about this plugin to a dedicated page. All new info will appear on the new page and not on blog post anymore.

I really like the idea, however I was not able to get neither version running (1.0.5, 1.0.6, 1.0.7).
I was using CodeRushExpress 11.2.11, I tried both VS2008 and VS2010.
In both cases, I can see command under CR configuration, but after binfing a shortcut key it would not execute. It is also missing from context menu. Any suggestions?
Fixed, there is version 1.0.8. compiled against CodeRush 11.2.11
